"The building is old but it’s well looked after, the gardens are very nicely kept. The unit we lived in, which I think is common for most in size, was a little small and didn’t have a bath but the views were unbelievably good – you could see the stretch of the Northern Beaches from most levels. Note that access from Manly is up some stairs at the end of the beach or a longer walk around so this may not be suitable for some."
